Delivery and returns

Sent as a sealed SD card, ready to insert.

Posted orders are dispatched within 1 working day by tracked FedEx and usually arrive 5–8 working days after dispatch. The shipping cost is shown at checkout.

GST and import duties are included in the price, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. Posted orders are sold and shipped by Global-e, our international partner.

Each activation is single use and gives a one-time lifetime activation on the head unit it is applied to, so it cannot be reused or returned once supplied.

Not sure which version you have? Message us on WhatsApp before ordering – it is free and takes a few minutes.

By ordering you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once you unseal the SD card.

This does not affect your statutory rights: what we supply must be as described and fit for purpose, and if it is not we will repair, replace or refund it.
