Compatibility

Is my car compatible?

You can determine compatibility by referring to the Compatibility tab in each individual product listing. There you can find the necessary instructions which show you how to determine compatibility.

What's the difference between email and SD card?

If you purchase an Email variant, we will send your order digitally within the delivery timeframe specified on the product page. You will then need to follow the included instructions which guide you through the activation process. Depending on the product, you'll typically require a spare SD card. Details are provided in the Requirements tab of the product listing.

For SD card variants, we will post you a pre-loaded SD card via Royal Mail (UK customers only) instead of sending via email, which is a convenience option for our customers.

Will it void any warranty?

Yes, your headunit's warranty will be voided. We provide our activation services "as is" and without guarantee.

Delivery

Where is my email order?

Please refer to the Product page for an accurate delivery timeframe. Typically, we send email orders within 24 working hours of purchase, unless stated otherwise. Please do not enquire about your order if the timeframe has not yet passed, as we cannot expedite orders.

Where is my SD card order?

If you opted for FREE shipping, then your product will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class letter, which typically delivers within 3-5 working days of dispatch. There is no tracking available for this method of shipping.

If you upgraded to 1st Class Signed For, this is typically delivered within 1-2 working days of dispatch. A tracking number will be provided.

I haven't received my order yet

If you haven't received your email order within the timeframe specified, please contact us.

If you haven't received your SD card order after 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us. We cannot take further action until the parcel is officially classed as Lost under the Royal Mail guidelines.

Other

It's not working, can I get a refund?

We guarantee the activation of your compatible headunit, therefore no refunds are allowed once the software has been delivered to you via email.

In any claim that the activation did not work, this usually arises from customer error due to not following the instructions carefully. In other cases, this might be due to incompatibility, which would be classified as a customer mistake which cannot be refunded. We recommend you to determine compatibility properly before purchasing.
