  1. Custom Software Services: By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that the custom service you purchase is made to your specifications. Consequently, preparation begins immediately to meet your specific needs.

  2. One-Time Consumable Digital Content: Upon delivery, whether via email or on a physical SD card, the software is considered a one-time consumable. This means that once the software is delivered and activated or used, it cannot be returned for a refund due to its consumable nature and licensing restrictions.

  3. Exceptions: While refunds are generally not provided for the custom software services we offer, exceptions may apply in cases where the software does not meet the pre-agreed specifications, or is found to be defective. In such instances, please contact us directly for resolution, which may include correction of the software or provision of a replacement.

  4. Statutory Rights: Nothing in our refund policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) or the EU Digital Content Directive. If the software is faulty, not as described, or does not fulfill its intended purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Please note: Our Refund Policy does not cover purchases made in error, including but not limited to, incompatible vehicles. We highly recommend reviewing the product compatibility requirements provided on our website before completing your purchase. If you are unsure about the compatibility or have any questions, please contact our customer support team prior to making a purchase. We are here to help you select the product that best meets your needs.
