Physical Orders Shipping

• Standard Shipping: We dispatch all physical orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Orders are shipped within 1 working day, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Express Shipping: For faster delivery, customers can opt for Royal Tracked 24 for an additional cost.
• Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable).

Digital Orders Delivery

• Digital products are delivered to the email address provided at checkout within the timeframe specified on the product page.
• Please note that digital orders require processing time before delivery and are not subject to instant delivery.

Delivery Issues

We are committed to ensuring the secure and timely delivery of your order. However, should you encounter any delivery issues, we provide a structured resolution process:

1. Reporting: Please report any delivery issues (lost, stolen, or damaged items) within 7 days of the expected delivery date by emailing sales@visioncoding.co.uk with your order details and a description of the issue.

2. Resolution:

   • Lost Items: If an item is confirmed lost by the delivery service, we offer a choice of a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund.
   • Damaged Items: Customers are required to provide photographic evidence of damage. Upon review, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund as per the customer's preference.
   • Stolen Items: We advise reporting stolen items to local authorities. Vision Coding Ltd will support investigations to the extent possible and determine resolutions, including replacements or refunds, on a case-by-case basis.

Customer Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Vision Coding Ltd is not liable for delivery issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer or unavailability at the delivery address.
• For digital orders, customers must ensure their email addresses are correct and capable of receiving communications from Vision Coding Ltd.

Compliance and Statutory Rights

This Shipping Policy is designed to be compliant with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the UK and applicable EU consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy will affect the customer's statutory rights, including the right to receive goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for any purpose made known to the seller.

International Orders

• Physical Goods: Currently, we do not ship physical goods outside the United Kingdom.
• Digital Products: Digital products are available internationally and are delivered electronically via email or download link, subject to the terms mentioned under Digital Orders Delivery.
