Compatible with Audi TT MK3 vehicles manufactured 2014-2022 with MIB2 headunits.

Check your headunit software version as follows:
- Hold NAV up and MEDIA down together for at least 5 seconds
- Select Version Information

Step 3
Some early model TT's (2014-2016) may require a Virtual Cockpit update to display the Audi Smartphone icon on the MMI correctly. To check this, we recommend that you contact us on WhatsApp before proceeding with your purchase.

Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between Email and SD card?
Your order data for your Version Information will be delivered via email within 1 working day. Instructions are included. You will need your own Windows device + spare SD card (between 8-32GB) to carry out the installation. No Macs allowed.
SD card
You will receive a pre-loaded SD card via the post, plus instructions. No Windows device necessary. Choose this option if you have a Mac for example. This is also the easiest option as it will essentially be plug-and-play.
I have a 2014-2016 model. Do I need a Virtual Cockpit update as well?
Yes. We can supply the correct data as part of your activation. Please send us your Version Information and Virtual Cockpit details via WhatsApp to confirm before placing your order.
How to find Virtual Cockpit details
- Turn on the ignition, then immediately...
- Behind the steering wheel, press the trip button (0.0) 5 times
- On the 5th press, keep the button held for a few more seconds
- A new menu popup will display with your vehicle's virtual cockpit information
Do I need any upgrades?
We highly recommend the Carlinkit Mini Ultra wireless adapter for the best experience. Factory systems only support wired connections—this adapter seamlessly converts it to wireless, giving you hassle-free access every time you start your car.
Can you also activate Navigation?
Navigation is also activated as part of this, however, it will require additional configuration and programming to fully enable it on your Virtual Cockpit. We do not offer this as part of this product and recommend customers to use Google Maps/Apple Maps instead.

Highly recommend Vision Coding to provide and support this activation. I opted for the files to be emailed to me and DIY the activation myself. The process was supported every step of the way by Vision Coding offering a thoroughly professional service. I learnt a few things and the whole process is not as scary as I first believed with their support. I am very very pleased.

Took a little time to install. Fortunately my geeky son was on hand to help. Still got a few major issues making sure it all stays connected. Needed to stop Audi own MMI, which kept trying to connect and override the new setup. Will take time to become comfortable with the full functionality

My 2015 TT MK3 required the full 3 stage upgrade as the Virtual Cockpit is the oldest available in the MK3. Vision Coding provided detailed steps on exactly what do and in which order, including anything that may appear to go wrong during the upgrade with troubleshooting instructions . This proved to be very reassuring as it's a bit unnerving when you're not experienced with doing these upgrades. All steps took about an hour and I now have fully functioning CarPlay and Android Auto. Thanks Vision Coding!

I ordered the apple carplay and android auto upgrade for my mums tt. I opted for the memory card option and they arrived quickly with easy to understand instructions. It didn't work at first but I realised the actual virtual dash needed an update. Vision coding sent me the file at No extra charge and it worked perfectly after that.
