This is a simple process and activation can be done from the comfort of your own location, taking only 10 minutes of your time. All you need is an SD card to perform the activation.

I've purchased, what happens next?

We will begin preparation for your specified SW Train Version and commence processing accordingly. As this is tied to your specific train version, refunds are therefore not allowed. We will then dispatch your order within 24 hours.

Compatible with SEAT/Skoda vehicles manufactured 2015-2021 with MIB2 headunits. To find your SW Train Version, please do the following:

1. Hold the MENU button for 3 seconds
2. Select software update/versions
3. Installed SW Train Version

If your SW train version begins with MST2 and it has 2 SD card slots, it's compatible (units with navigation).

Compatible with vehicles located in Europe, including but not limited to:

What isn't compatible?

• Headunits with 1 SD card slot (without navigation).
• Most Polo's aren't compatible as they have Composition Media headunits (part numbers that end in 819 A/B/C, 820 A/B/C, 824 A/B/C, 840 A/B/C)
• Versions that end in P05xxT

For digital orders

• Windows computer
• Spare SD card (8GB - 32GB)

Please note that you cannot use the existing navigation SD card for the activation.

Note regarding early vehicles (2015/2016)

• Some early cars from 2015/2016 may require you to replace the USB port for Apple CarPlay functionality. Android Auto will work regardless.
• Additional coding may be necessary using a programming device (such as VCDS or OBDEleven) to display the activated services (Apple CarPlay and Android Auto).

Note regarding single USB ports

If your car has a single USB port as opposed to dual, this likely needs replacing for Apple CarPlay functionality.

SD Card

Your order will begin processing as soon as it's been placed, according to your specified software train version. We will create your personalised SD card and post it to you via Royal Mail. We offer FREE delivery via 2nd Class with an estimated delivery of 3-5 working days. We also offer an upgraded 1st Class Signed For service for an extra fee with an estimated delivery of 1-2 working days.
